Amazon Storefront Products: For products fulfilled by Amazon, the Amazon Returns Policy applies. Customers can initiate a return via their Amazon account within the return window (usually 30 days from delivery). Please refer to Amazon’s policies for further details.
Printful Products:
- Damaged or Defective Products: You may return items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If your item qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customised or personalised items (like custom-printed T-shirts) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for a Printful item, contact us at [email address] with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process, which includes shipping the item back to Printful.
Cancellations:
Order Cancellations:
- Amazon Products: Orders placed via Amazon can be canceled as per Amazon’s cancellation policy. You may cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting your Amazon account.
- Printful Products: Orders for Printful products can only be canceled before the product has been sent to production. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
Refunds
Amazon Products: Refunds for products fulfilled by Amazon are subject to Amazon’s refund policy. If eligible, refunds will be processed through your Amazon account.
Printful Products: Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed once the item has been received and inspected by Printful. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If a cancellation request is made and the order is successfully canceled, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.
Shipping returns
- If the product is defective or an error was made in the fulfillment process, return shipping costs will be covered by the respective supplier (Amazon or Printful).
- If the return is for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
